Architectural Review Committee

What is the Architectural Review Committee (ARC)?

The Architectural Review Committee is your first point of contact regarding outdoor improvements, new builds, and modifications.  Please reach out to us before you begin any outdoor improvements, new builds, or modifications.  This is required per Section 5.03 of the "Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Prairie Hills" (generally referred to as the "Declarations").

How does the ARC support and protect me?

The ARC will work with you to help ensure your build/improvement project complies with The Declarations and the Development Guide, collectively referred to as HOA Standards.  Failure to comply with these documents as well as State, County, and City laws, ordinances, and regulations may expose you to legal and financial repercussions.

Before beginning an outdoor build/improvement project:

Please complete the form provided below and e-mail it to the Prairie Hills Homeowners Association Architectural Review Committee at architecture@prairiehillshoa.org.  Please be sure to review the "Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Prairie Hills" and Development Guide documents before completing the request form.  Thank you!
