January 1st - Annual General Assessment is due for all lots/homeowners
The 2022 Annual General Assessment is set at $150.00 USD. Payments are due to the HOA by January 1, 2022. Please see the Assessments/Payments page for payment options. Payments are Past Due on February 1st, 2022. Past Due accounts are subject to Fees and Interest which will be retroactively applied, starting January 1st 2022. Interest will accrue monthly. Liens are also being filed for past due accounts. If a hardship case exists, please contact the HOA Treasurer at treasurer@prairiehillshoa.org to discuss details to bring your account into good standing.

- Date and time may change; alternate dates are April 20th and May 11th
- Ballot items are to be posted on-line and mailed to the Members no less than thirty days in advance of the meeting
- By-laws to be available to membership by the date of the meeting
- Now accepting nominations for Directors (directors of the board of the HOA). Please send nominations to secretary@prairiehillshoa.org.

- Discuss points of interest and have your voice heard!
